Spam Definition

Spam is unsolicited advertising sent through the means of the Internet to a large number of people. The use of 3rd party lists isn’t allowed, whether consent has been obtained or not.

SMSly Anti-Spam Policy

SMSly adheres to Anti-Spam policy for all of its communications protocols. This implies we do not justify any unwanted text messages, notifications, alerts or any messages that you receive from a person/company who has your mobile number without your consent.

If you have faced it, please notify us by sending:

• your ID;
• your mobile phone number (to be removed);
• time and date you have received Spam;
• message(s) content.

If you want to report abuse or violations of inappropriate use of SMSly Service, please contact us. Your report will be registered and relevant investigations will be conducted. All the data will stay confidential.

SMS Text Messaging API

On our terms and conditions agreement, customers specifically agree not to use SMSly to send unwanted Text Messages or Spam. Customers agree on the Opt-In policy to their list upon incorporating a list.

All text messages that are sent through our Service can be tracked and so removed from the sender list. We support the unsubscribe option, Users are able to remove mobile phone numbers.

If the Customer is suspected of violation of our Anti-Spam policy, we will contact the Customer to discuss further options. Different options can be applied: from a warning to termination of Service. To our knowledge, SMSly complies with all state and national laws with respect to sending unwanted bulk/group text messages.

Spam and Abuse Report: Opt-Out / Remove / Unsubscribe

Please notify us about any abuse, including your mobile phone number, the date and time you have received it, and the message content. We will remove you from the list and the Customer won’t be able to add your mobile phone number to their list in the future.
